INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES WHO SECURED MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS IN THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION CONDUCTED ON 09.11.2019 FOR THE POSTS OF COMPUTER OPERATOR AND TYPIST IN THE MADRAS HIGH COURT SERVICE.
For the purpose of shortlisting the candidates to the next level of skill test, the following candidates who secured minimum qualifying marks in the Written Examination conducted on 09.11.2019 for the posts of Computer Operator and Typist in the Madras High Court Service are required to send the self attested copies of the following Certificates, by speed post, for verification, to “The Registrar (Recruitment), High Court, Madras, Chennai – 600104” to be received by the High Court on or before 24.01.2020 (Friday) without fail:
- Certificates in proof of their Educational Qualifications (in 10 +2 +3 Pattern)
- Copy of Gazette Notification in case of any name or initial change.
- Certificates in proof of their Technical Qualifications (Government Technical Examination in Typewriting by the Higher Grade in Tamil and English)
- Certificate course in Computer on Office Automation conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (if any) or Diploma in Computer Application or Degree in Computer Science if any
- Transfer Certificate - Institution last studied
- Community Certificate / Conversion of Religion document in connection to the same.
- Certificates in proof of claim for reservation under special Categories (viz., PSTM/PH/DW/Ex-Ser)
- Details with regard to pendency / Disposal / Registration of Criminal Cases if any.
- Copy of equivalence Government Order in respect of equivalence of qualification
The Candidates are required to mention their Registration Number on the
Envelope and on the rear side of all the copies of their documents with self attested.
No separate acknowledgement will be sent to the candidates in proof of receipt of the
self attested copies.
Mere requiring the candidates to send their self attested copies of documents for verification does not, in any manner, confer any right/ privilege on the candidates to get shortlisted / qualified for the Skill Test / Selection. Non-sending of the above Certificates with in the stipulated date will make the candidates ineligible for being considered to get shortlisted for the Skill Test.
